The dues structure of the PENJERDEL Council is based on gross annual revenue. Companies headquartered in the tri-state region should include revenue from all operations. All others include only regional revenues. Non-profit organizations receive a 50% discount on gross revenue category. PENJERDEL Council dues may be deductible for Federal income tax purposes as an ordinary and necessary business expense; they cannot be considered deductible as a charitable contribution.
